About these terms

These terms cover your use of the website prisma2r.com, published by Phikanet, and of the Prisma2R software you get through it. By using the site or the software, you agree to them.

What Prisma2R is

Prisma2R is a free, community-made Python mod for Prisflex that manages a movie, TV and music library on your own PC. Prisma2R doesn't host, index, sell, stream or link to any content. It is software that works with the indexers, Usenet providers and lists you choose and set up.

Use at your own risk

You use Prisma2R entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for what you download and for having the right to it under your local law. Use Prisma2R only with indexers, Usenet providers and lists you are allowed to use, and follow their terms.

Licence

Prisma2R is licensed under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. You may use, change and share it for any non-commercial purpose. Anyone you pass a copy to, changed or not, must also get the licence and its Required Notice: lines, which credit Prisma2R as the source. Commercial use is not permitted.

The licence published with the source code governs the software. Where these terms and the licence differ about the software, the licence applies.

No warranty, no official support

Prisma2R is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind and no official support. The same goes for this website, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the software is free of errors, that it is safe for your files, or that it will suit your purpose. Keep backups of your library and settings.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Phikanet and the contributors to Prisma2R are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind that comes from using, or not being able to use, the software or this website, including loss of data, files or profits, under any legal theory.

Your responsibility to others

If you use Prisma2R in a way that breaks the law, these terms or someone else's rights, you are responsible for the result. You agree not to hold Phikanet or the contributors to Prisma2R responsible for claims, costs or damages that come from your use of it.

Names and trademarks

Radarr, Sonarr, Lidarr and SABnzbd are trademarks of their owners. They are named only to say what Prisma2R replaces or imports from. There is no affiliation with or endorsement by them.

Prisflex is a trademark of its owner. Prisma2R is a community-made mod for Prisflex and is not affiliated with Prisflex.

Screenshots

The screenshots on this site use an example library: titles and posters are mock-ups made for the screenshots, and the indexers shown are invented ones.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
